📦 Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?
â–¼Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number. Tracking updates are provided in real-time by our delivery partners.
How long does delivery take?
â–¼Delivery times vary by location:
- Major Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary during festivals and holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
▼Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges of ₹50-100 apply depending on your location.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
â–¼You can change your delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 8118004497) or email (support@viperkid.com). Once the order is processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
â–¼Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping to international locations soon. Stay tuned for updates!

What payment methods do you accept?

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
â–¼Yes, COD is available for most locations across India. A small COD handling fee may apply. Please keep the exact cash amount ready when our delivery partner arrives.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
â–¼Absolutely! All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. Your payment information is completely safe.
Do you offer any discounts for online payments?
â–¼Yes! We offer a 2% instant discount on all online payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). The discount is automatically applied at checkout when you choose an online payment option.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
â–¼We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
Some items like personalized products, intimate wear, and final sale items are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
â–¼Contact our support team via WhatsApp (+91 8118004497) or email (support@viperkid.com) with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange pickup if applicable.
How long does it take to get a refund?
â–¼Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, we'll process a bank transfer to your account.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
â–¼Yes, exchanges are available subject to product availability. Contact our support team to check if the product you want is in stock, and we'll arrange the exchange for you.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
â–¼We're sorry if that happens! Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged/defective product. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Can I cancel my order?
â–¼Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once the order enters processing, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still return it after delivery.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
â–¼No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily, save addresses, view order history, and get faster checkout on future purchases.
Are the products on your website authentic?
â–¼100% yes! We only sell authentic, genuine products. Every item is carefully sourced and verified before being listed on our website. We never compromise on quality or authenticity.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
â–¼If a product is available for purchase on our website, it's in stock. Out-of-stock items will show "Sold Out" and cannot be added to cart. You can contact us to check when an item will be restocked.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
