Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be included
- Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
- Product should not show any signs of use or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate wear and undergarments
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products without original packaging or tags
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
